This website presents the office. It does not collect personal data: it has no forms, sets no cookies, uses no traffic analytics or advertising and stores nothing in the visitor's browser. For this reason it asks for no consent.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Ticinocom SA, Muralto. The office neither keeps nor consults access logs. To operate and secure the service, the hosting provider may process technical connection data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type) according to its own notice, available at ticino.com.

Maps

The maps on the page (the living map of Ticino and the map of Solduno) are built in the browser from data streamed by the servers of the Federal Office of Topography swisstopo (wmts.geo.admin.ch, vectortiles.geo.admin.ch, api3.geo.admin.ch). When loading them, the browser sends its IP address to those servers, as it does for any web resource; no other data is sent. Fonts and libraries are served by the site itself: no other third party is contacted.

The site links to other websites (professional associations, the federal geoportal, Garlandini SA, USI). Their own notices apply there.

Contact by email and phone

Whoever writes or calls the office shares their contact details and the content of the message. I use them only to reply and follow up on the request, keep them as long as necessary and do not pass them on to third parties.

Rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) anyone may ask which data concern them and have them corrected or deleted. The controller is Simone Garlandini; requests go to info@simonegarlandini.ch.
